The short version: this is a garage sale, not a department store. Everything is cheap, secondhand, and sold exactly as it sits — no returns, no refunds, no warranties, no exceptions. By messaging us about an item, reserving one, or buying anything, you agree to every word on this page.

1. What this is

Selly is a private, one-household garage sale based in Spring Hill, FL. We are not a store, not a business marketplace, and not a dealer. We're clearing out our own stuff at bargain prices. Treat every listing accordingly.

2. You agree by using the site

Browsing the catalog, starting a chat, reserving an item, or handing us money means you've read these terms and accepted them — all of them. If you don't agree, don't buy. It's that simple.

3. All sales are final

No returns. No refunds. No exchanges. Ever. Prices are low precisely because the deal is final. Once you pay and walk away with an item, it's yours — including anything you discover about it afterward.

4. Everything is sold as-is, where-is

Every item is used unless explicitly stated otherwise, and every item — used or not — is sold as-is, where-is, with all faults, known and unknown. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Descriptions and photos are good-faith efforts, not guarantees.

5. Inspect before you pay

You get the chance to see, touch, and test every item at pickup, before any money changes hands. Use it. The moment you pay, you're confirming you inspected the item and accept it exactly as it is. "I didn't check" is not a claim — it's a choice.

6. We are not responsible — for anything

To the maximum extent the law allows, we accept no liability whatsoever for anything arising from an item after it leaves our hands: how it works, how it fails, what it damages, or what it costs you. You buy at your own risk and you use at your own risk. If a court ever decides we owe you something anyway, our total liability is capped at what you paid us for the item. Full stop.

7. Sponsored & affiliate links are not our problem

Some cards on this site are marked “Sponsored”. They promote third-party or affiliate products, and we may earn a commission if you buy through them — at no extra cost to you. But hear this clearly: those products are not ours. We don't sell them, ship them, guarantee them, or support them. Your purchase, your payment, your dispute, and your refund all happen between you and that third party. Anything that goes wrong over there is between you and them.

8. Holds & reservations are a courtesy

We may hold an item for you as a courtesy, not a contract. Holds expire, and items with no activity get released back for sale — first come, first served, cash in hand wins.

9. Pickup & payment

Pickup only, in person, in Spring Hill, FL (Mon–Sun 8am to 5pm). Payment is cash or Zelle at pickup — no cards, no checks, no shipping, no exceptions. Title and all risk pass to you the second payment happens.

10. Chat conduct

Chat is for asking about items and arranging pickup. Be decent. Spam, scams, haggling wars at 3am, or abuse get you blocked without notice, and we owe you no explanation.

11. These terms can change

We can update this page at any time. The version published here when you buy is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the change.
